Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED; OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION IAW FAR PART 15. CONFIGURATION CONTROL, HIGHER LEVEL INSPECTION, MEASUREMENT AND TEST EQUIPMENT AND CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (1 SAMPLE) ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS ACQUISITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 4 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 4 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 8 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 16 each for the base and option years. The approved sources for this acquisition are Lockheed Martin Corporation, CAGE 81755, part number 16S2100-805 and Cuming Microwave Corp, CAGE 1SYD7, part number 16S2100-805 FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Origin for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS). Delivery is 254 days ARO for initial shipment inclusive of FAT and 134 for all subsequent orders. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is February 18, 2015 & closing date of March 20, 2015..
