Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, FULL & OPEN COMPETITION IAW FAR PART 15. STANDARD INSPECTION, MEASUREMENT & TEST EQUIPMENT , CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING (2 SAMPLES) AND PRODUCTION LOT TESTING ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS ACQUISITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 86 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 86 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 172 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 344 each for the base and option years. Total Maximum Contract Quantity ( 5 Yr Period) is 2785. This solicitation is IAW basic drawing 38850-00053, CAGE 81996, Rev M, dtd 09/20/2006 part number 38850-00053-102. FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance Origin for stock location(s) within the Continental United States (CONUS). First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Delivery is 190 days ARO for initial shipment inclusive of FAT and Production Lot Testing and 70 for all subsequent orders. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. The anticipated issue date is March 23, 2015 & closing date of April 22, 2015. Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) will apply to evaluate past performance if more than one offer is received in response to the solicitation.
