This is a total small business set-aside. : Offers will be considered from FPI/UNICOR in accordance with FAR 8.602(a)(4) and FAR 19.504. (See clause 52.219-6 ALT II). This is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) based on the estimate annual demand of 199 EA, firm fixed price for a base year and four one year option periods. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 21,2016 under solicitation SPE4A6-16-R-0766.
