This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 6680-01-073-4216, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity in accordance with SSI Technology, CAGE 51819, P/N 9050-078. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued on the basis of other than full and open competition. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 344 EA for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 101 days ARO. Terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreement applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
