The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation - Richmond is issuing this synopsis in accordance with FAR 5. The solicitation is intended to be restricted to a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUB Zone) small businesses. The population includes Critical Safety Items, FATs, PLTs, and surge requirements. The items are coded as 1G, data will be available via C-Folders when the solicitation is issued.
