Item cited requires data which is restricted to contractors certified by DoD to access unclassified data per DoD 5220.22M. Certification is obtained by submitting DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, to the Defense Logistics Information Services. Requested Delivery is 280 Days ARO. SURGE does not apply to this procurement. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. Best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated using the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). This solicitation includes DLAD Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
