Aviator's Breathing Oxygen - Romania

The Government is hereby issuing an unrestricted procurement for the delivery of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II, of specification MIL-PRF-27210 J, dated 7 Aug 2013, NSN: 6830-00-808-9531) delivered on an f.o.b. destination basis in Contractor provided tank at Mihail Koganliniceanu (MK) International Airport, Romania. The contract ordering period will be one year from 1 March 2014 - 28 February 2015. The total estimated contract quantity of ABO is 4,800 gallons. One Firm Fixed Price Contract will be issued for this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest price responsible offeror IAW FAR 9.1.
