Approved Source(s) – Gentex Corporation 60240 P/N G033-1014-01 This NSN will be procured under an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) using FAR subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. A base period of 3 years and two separate 1-year option years with a total duration not to exceed 5 years are anticipated. Based on market research, this item is commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about the issue date cited above. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance.
