When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 6140-015024405 listed below. This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base period and 2 1-year options. The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be Unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 12 procedures. NSN is FOB Destination due the hazardous material with Inspection/Acceptance Destination found in the solicitation (SPE7LX20RX064). While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
