This requirement is for the acquisition of (1) NSN managed by DLA Land & Maritime and supports the U.S. Military Forklift 1000M. The solicited contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a 3-year base period and two 1-year option periods that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period will be five years, if the two options are exercised. Annual price adjustments via an escalation factor for a total contract period not to exceed five (5) years. Solicitation was unrestricted, issued under FAR Part 12 procedures, and it was utilize Other Than Full and Open Competition Procedures as prescribed by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) and as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This item was procured in accordance with manufacturer code and part number and is available from only one or a limited number of sources.
