Description
The subject requirement is for acquisition of gas dectectors and supporting replacement parts. This will be an indefinite quantity contract with a one year base and no option years. Items will be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS and OCONUS. Increments and delivery shcedule will be noted in the request for proposal (RFP). The proposed contract will be unrestricted and not to exceed $1,305.509.76. The solicitation will be released on or about 10/16/2019. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources and their suppliers under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are as listed in the Item Attachments.
