The proposed procurement is for one (1) NSN [5985-01-381-6341 (Mast; CAGE 0BB47 and P/N A3209788; CAGE 97246 and P/N 4281204)] and will be a FAR 12 Total Small Business Set-Aside for a code and part-numbered item. Unit of issue is EACH. Other Than Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote, which shall be considered. The Government does not have data rights; therefore, specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Anticipated contract type is an Indefinite Delivery Contract. This proposed procurement is for a five-year base period with no options. Items are for stock and will be shipped to DLA stocking locations within the established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis. The total shall not exceed five (5) years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation will open on or about May 19, 2019. The contract specialist will not be able to provide copies of the solicitation. The solicitation will not be available until the issue date at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Small Business size standard is 1,250 employees.
