Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 44 DARO. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Per Industrial Preparedness Branch review dated February 22, 2010, Surge and Sustainment is applicable for this NSN and the MWR quantity is 70. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable and offerors will be required to provide pricing and delivery for the base year and each option period. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review on February 22, 2010 and again on June 1, 2010. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 612 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 153 EA and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting Plan is not required. Formal Cost or Pricing Data is required. EEO Clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met.
