DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia is looking to place a RVision Inc. Camera, Reconnaissance System (NSN: 6720-01-565-1111, P/N: 820401) under long term contract ( 1 base year and 4 option years). The quantity is indefinite. Delivery will be CONUS. The delivery schedule will read 60 days for a quantity of 50 EA or lower. FOB Destination is required. Subject Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. FAR Part 12 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. Award will be based on Low Price Technically Acceptable and anticipated award date is 07 January 2013. Numbered note 22 applies. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The acquisition is not subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
