Guam S&RTS

1. The sources sought is for informational purposes only in conducting market research. USTRANSCOM Acquisition Directorate anticipates issuance of a solicitation for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&TRS) at the Ports of Guam. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period of performance of 01 August 2026 through 31 July 2031 with an optional six-month extension. Refer to the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R006 for additional information.
2. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this sources sought or reimburse any costs associated with the preparation of responses. This sources sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation.
3. If interested, please review the attached RFI - TRANSCOM26R006 and the two (2) attachments. Complete the attached Market Research Survey (Attachment 1). Submissions must be returned no later than 8:00 A.M. (CDT) on 10 March 2026.
