C--Electrical A/E IDIQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina is requiring professional services necessary for an A/E IDIQ contract for the design of various projects at the Durham VA Medical Center that are Electrical Engineering in nature. Scope of work may include the preparation of designs, plans, specifications, cost estimates, miscellaneous reports and construction period services. Services shall be provided for one year with the option to extend two additional years for A/E consultant services. For any one project a task order will be issued not to exceed $500,000.00, and the total cumulative contract amount for task orders shall not exceed a maximum of $2,000,000.00. All interested firms are required to submit three (3) copies of their Standard Form (SF) 330, "Architect-Engineer Qualifications" to the Contracting Officer on or before February 25, 2008 by 4:30 p.m. local time.
