Q--Lab Draws - Spartanburg CBOC

The VA intends to negotiate a sole source contract for laboratory services with North Grove Diagnostics, 1330 Boiling Springs Road, Suite 1500, Spartanburg, SC, for the Spartanburg, South Carolina Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center Columbia, South Carolina. Services are required on a short term basis, September 30, 2008 through September 29, 2009, to coincide with the lease of space for the temporary CBOC pending construction of a permanent facility. North Grove Diagnostics is the only medical laboratory within a 30-mile radius of the temporary CBOC.
