Q--Off-site Laboratory Tests - Wichita VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15, located at 3450 South 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS intends to enter into an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for off-site clinical reference laboratory services provided for the Wichita VA Medical Center located in Wichita, KS VAMC. The term of the contract is a base of one year with four one-year option periods. Solicitation documents are anticipated to be available August 28, 2015 or shortly thereafter and will be posted via the Federal Business Opportunities website. This requirement is being solicited under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VAAR 873. This procurement is an unrestricted acquisition under NAICS Code 621511. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Prospective offerors should not expect notification of issuance of amendments other than via the Federal Business Opportunities website and are responsible for obtaining all amendments as posted. Prior to submission of a quotation, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in its entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement(s).
