This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source as this is a follow-on contract, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). The purpose of this contractual action is for the Government to procure engineering support integral to the transition and integration of DSESTS functions and DSESTS Test Program Sets (TPSs) to the NGATS. These technical services are to be provided by DRS Test and Energy Management LLC. This is a non competitive award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. W15QKN-12-D-0004 was awarded to DRS Test and Energy Management LLC. This is a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price contract with a total contract ceiling amount of $23,500,000.00.
