The Army Contracting Command (ACC) - NJ Fort Dix, New Jersey intends to award a sole source contract to Trans Union Transport Inc, Brooklyn NY, for packing, containerization, local drayage, delivery, unpacking, storage, and related services for personal property shipments (Schedules I, II & III) in Bronx, Kings County, Queens Country, New York Country, Richmond County and Suffolk Country New York and Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Union Counties in New Jersey using Direct Procurement Method pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) ; FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i), Authorized or Required by Statute. The contract period consists of a base period (12 consecutive months from contract award date) with two, 1-year option periods. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210 with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million. This notice IS NOT a request for competitive quotations. A determination not to compete this requirement in accordance with FAR 19.1306 is based on market research and upon responses to a previously issued sources sought notice (W911S113R0001) and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
