The U. S. Army Contracting Command, New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 on behalf of The Armaments Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Galaxy Advanced Engineering, Inc. Universal Graphics Library (UGL) software licenses and maintenance to support the office of the Firing Tables and Ballistics Division (FTaB), Fire Control Systems and Technology Directorate, WSEC. Authority for this procurement comes under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(A).
