99--This is the pre-solicitation notice for Snow Removal services being requested at the Harrison County U.S. Army Reserve Center at 6 Armory Road Clarksburg WV 26301-9367 (WV009)

THIS REQUIREMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FY2015 FUNDS. The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support (ACC-NJ-WS) on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command supporting the Harrison County U.S. Army Reserve Center (USARC), has a requirement for snow removal at 6 Armory Road Clarksburg WV 26301-9367 (WV009). The Government intends to issue a 100% set-aside solicitation restricted to small business for this requirement. The Government will select for award the responsible, responsive offeror whose proposal is lowest priced. The intended contract award will be Firm Fixed Price. The anticipated award date for this action is 20 February 2015. NOTES: A point of contact (POC) will be given for any necessary site visits at issuance of a formal solicitation. Please note that this notice does NOT constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government following the release of an official solicitation via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Web site located at https://acquisition.army.mil and https://www.fbo.gov. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice. Release of an official solicitation is anticipated to occur shortly following this post.
