Replace R22 HVAC System and Siemens Controls Upgrade

Update Number 0002: Additional site pictures have been uploaded on 8 Jul 26 (18 pictures).Amendment 0001: The following documents have been updated and/or uploaded.- Statement of Work dated 25 Jun 26- Limited Competition Justification-Brand Name-Siemens-Unprotected- Site Visit Attendance Sheet- Site Visit Agenda- Site Pictures (10 Buildings)- RFI (Questions and Answers)The response deadline has been extended until 17 July 2026, 16:00 EDT.The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and parts necessary to replace the R22 HVAC System and to upgrade the Siemens Controls, to include the Field Panel Controllers at B3212, and the Siemens Legacy Field Panel Controllers in B1217, B1225, B1228, B1234, B3029, B3030, B3119, B3236, and B3252, to be in compliance with Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Civil Engineering design guidelines, Public Laws, Federal Regulations, and manufacturer?s instructions.
