See B.08 W50S9624QA015_1 Attachment 1 - Lodging BPA SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation to award one or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the rental of commercial lodging within a 15-mile driving distance to Joe Foss Field, 1201 W Algonquin St, Sioux Falls, SD 57104 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and is supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels applies to this solicitation with a small business size standard of $40M. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation. Contractors who are interested in this requirement shall review the documents posted with this solicitation: B.08 W50S9624QA015-Lodging BPA RFQ B.08 W50S9624QA015_2 Attachment 1 - Lodging BPA SOW B.08 W50S9624QA015 Attachment 2 - Lodging BPA Quote Sheet Contractors who want to be considered for a BPA with SDANG shall provide the required information by filling out all pages and submission of Item 3 above, Lodging BPA Quote Sheet. The Contractor is required to be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and maintain the registration throughout the life of the BPA (5 years). If not already registered in SAM, go to www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting a quote. Your company must have an active status in SAM within 1 week of notification of potential award. This process can take up to a couple weeks so Contractors should begin the sam.gov registration process immediately.
