Quality Assurance Services Civil Works, Interagency and International Services (IIS) and Military Construction Projects Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform quality assurance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. Quality assurance services for Civil Works and Military/Vertical Construction projects are to be performed. Services include, but are not limited to, assessment and monitoring of compliance with plans, specifications, and ancillary documents, quality assurance review of submittals, reports, plans, studies, technical documents, and any other Construction.Contractor document to assure compliance with plans, specifications, and ancillary documents; reporting of findings to the Field COR; materials testing; cost estimate quantity take-offs; construction and project scheduling support; geotechnical lab tests and borings, with no PE judgment; file and data management; and other similar non-design tasks, as necessary.NTE $35,000,000.00
