Federal Supply Class (FSC) 2250, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 326199. This procurement action is for the purchase of 7 inch x 9 inch x 9 foot plastic railroad ties. This will be a 3 year requirements contract with a minimum quantity of 0 each and a maximum quantity of 75,000 each for the entire 3 year period. FOB Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. Delivery schedule shall be addressed in the actual solicitation. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement and will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD will be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
