M160 System and Spare Parts

Army Contracting Command Warren intends to award a new Firm Fixed Price, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This action will be on a sole source basis to DOK-ING, Zagreb, Croatia to support Project Manager Force Projection (PM FP), Product Manager Applique and Large Unmanned Ground Systems (PdM ALUGS). The proposed contract is for spare parts and M160 Systems, to include rollers, blades, grippers, and other attachments for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. For possible future requirements, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
