002 AMENDMENT: The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to make the following changes: 1. Section B: Labor categories in the CLIN narratives revised to match PWS. 2. The RFP due date is extended from 10 May 2019 to 20 May 2019. 3. Exibit B is deleted and replaced with a revised Past Performance Questionnaire. 4. Section L.4.1.2 is revised. Section L.4.1.5 is revised. Section L.2.2.1.1 is revised to remove(e)Classification from the list. ****PLEASE READ**** The proposal due date is extended to 20 May 2019. An amendment to the solicitation is forthcoming. 001-The following three labor descriptions and requirements have been added to section C.10 "Job Classifications with Minimum Qualifications for Personnel" of the Performance Work Statement: training engineer/staff engineer, research engineer/staff engineer, and research technician/technician.
