THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED. THE CLOSING DATE IS 8 MAY 2023 AT 1300 EST. In accordance with FAR Part 16.5, this is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price Solicitation. This solicitation will result in the award of a five-year IDIQ Contract of the following item: Noun: Pad, Track, Shoe P/N: 12474848 NSN: 2530-01-496-8858 Ordering Years (Periods) are as follows: First Ordering Year: Date of contract award through 365 days Second Ordering Year: 366 days through 730 days Third Ordering Year: 731 days through 1095 days Fourth Ordering Year: 1096 days through 1460 days Fifth Ordering Year: 1461 days through 1825 days The contractor shall propose the unit price for each ordering year. Evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with the evaluation guidelines and specific evaluation procedures in Section L and M of the solicitation. The minimum guaranteed quantity for the ensuring contract is 20,000 EA Pad, Track Shoe. For each ordering period, the Government's estimated buy quantities by ordering year are as follows: ORDERING YEAR ESTIMATED QUANTITY 1. 48,000 2. 32,869 3. 32,869 4. 32,869 5. 32,869 The quantities reflected above, other than the guaranteed minimum quantity are estimated quantities. An award under this solicitation in no way obligates the Government to order the stated estimated quantities or any quantity beyond the guaranteed minimum quantity.
