16--ELECTRIC ACTUATOR 5 YEAR IDIQ

The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the OH-58D ACTUATOR, ELEC Input NSN: 1680-01-173-8193, Input P/N: 406-076-102-103 Output NSN : 1680-01-173-8193, Input P/N: 406-076-102-103 The proposed contractual action will be for a 5 year, Firm Fixed price Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 60 and a maximum of 420. This requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is restricted to approved sources Bell an d Aviation Repair Technical due to it being a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The required production schedule is 5 per month. Input will be 30 days after receipt of order (ARO). Output shall be 180 days ARO. Firms that recognized and perform maintenance a nd overhaul on the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Requests for solicitation will be data faxed or by mail ONLY. This requirement will be in accordance with F ederal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Negotitaions.
