15--Five Year IDIQ

It is anticipated that this acquisition will be restricted to the Boeing company, Mesa, AZ. This requirement procures new engineering services and technical support, for the Apache Attack Helicopter. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Boeing. The contractor will be required to provide support to the AAH PMO for the various AH-64 Apache configurations in the areas of engineering and technical: testing, analysis, component and sub-system integration and qualification, program management, product assurance, and configuration management. In addition the contractor shall be required to provide materials that are incidental to the performance of the support services as required by the individual task orders issued under the contract. This is a follow-on requirement which the Government anticipates will be solicited and negotiated with only one source under the authority of far 6.302-1.
