Enterprise Training Services Contact (ETSC)

UPDATE: 20 JUNE 2018 Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-ORL) along with Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO- STRI) is pleased to announce the award of Enterprise Training Services (ETSC) a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on 19 June 2018 to eight (8) vendors, for the total contract ceiling amount of $2,400,000,000. Each contract will have a five-year ordering period consisting of a one-year base, plus four (4) one (1) year options. ETSC includes two Lots; one restricted for a Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) and one Full & Open (F&O) Lot. The awarded contracts will provide training and training assistance in military and civilian-related fields to strengthen Warfighter skills required to successfully perform mission requirements and bolster US foreign relations and national security objectives; providing exercise development and support to Army and partner nations to ensure effective combat readiness in support of current and future operations; and providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of training aids and ancillary equipment to ensure the long term effectiveness of Army and partner nation's military forces. The restricted provides services in non-contingency operations and non-austere environments. This includes requirements to "provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects." The non-contingency environments may be austere. Contract #: W900KK-18-D-0025; Trideum Corporation The F&O Lot will include all other tasks to include requirements to provide and manage training and training assistance for military and civilian related subjects in a contingency operations environment; provide planning, and support for Army, Joint, and Security Cooperation Exercises and perform operations and maintenance sustainment functions for training aids, devices, and ranges.
