The Army Contracting Command-Orlando in Orlando, Florida is issuing an award to support the requirement for support services for the U.S. Army Training Support Center (ATSC), Training Support Systems Enterprise (TSS-E)

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: It has come to our attention that proposals may not have been delivered to the Government for the TSS-E requirement, due to server issues. If your organization did not receive an email receipt from either Donna Wessel or Michael Son, your proposal was not received. Accordingly, please provide proof of a screenshot showing that the email was sent prior to the deadline of November 16, 2022, at 3:00 pm and a delivery email confirmation. The proof must be provided to donna.j.wessel.civ@army.mil NLT Friday, December 2, 2022, at 4:00 pm. Once receipt is verified, a request will be provided from DoD Safe for the full submission of the proposal.
