Solicitation W9098S-16-T-0077 will be for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)- type contract for M4 Tooling. This solicitation is sole source in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT) to Kays Engineering, Inc. An approved Limited Source Justification (LSJ) Memorandum for Record (MFR) is on file and a redacted copy will be uploaded. Estimated Solicitation Release Date: 15 January 2016 Estimated Response Date: 29 January 2016 This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing to obtain an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps.Gov) website at https://www.fbo.gov/ and searching for the solicitation number. All dates in this announcement are estimates and are subject to change. Note: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued.
