R--TEST TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SERVICES (TTSS)

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, TX intends to issue a solicitation for Test Technology Support Services. This is a requirement for non-personal services to provide systems engineering expertise, software support programs, operations and integration support, execution centers support, event support, analytical support and studies, and special event support for operational tests events conducted by the U. S. Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) and other Government organizations. As such, the Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provided performing services herein. All personnel engaged in performing the services under this contract (direct labor, subcontracted labor, material suppliers, etc.) shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The requirement will be a total set aside for competitive 8 (a). The NAICS code is 541330 quote mark Engineering Services Except for Military Equipment and Weapons quote mark with a size standard of $35.5 million for small businesses. A Cost Plus Fixed Fee/Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract is anticipated. The period of performance is a three (3) year base and one (1) two year option period. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued under solicitation number W91151-12-R-0018. The RFP will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
