R--Partnering Session for Project Delivery Team Improvements and Internal Relationships

The Contractor shall perform all work necessary for conducting a two day partnering sessions at Elmendorf AFB. The session is scheduled for the 20th and 21st of May. The 19th of May is scheduled for interviews of personnel to be involved in the partnering session at the District Headquarters. The purpose of the partnering session is to improve working relationships within the District and to openly and objectively discuss issues of concern of the Programs and Project Management Division, Engineering Division, Contracting and Construction Division. The results of the sessions will be a jointly developed list of key action items/plan to address the issues of concern and a signed partnering agreement at the end of the 2nd day session. A critical imperative is that the issues are clearly defined and commonly understood by all participants. Mid level and senior level managers are expected to attend the sessions. A Draft List - Issues of Concern is included in Appendix A. This list will be expanded upon during the interviews on the 19th of May and at the sessions.
