Intent to Award Sole Source Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Alaska District intends to award a sole source contract to PDC, Inc (DUNS: 623437605 CAGE Code: 0DZG9) on or around 8 June 2020 for the CLR039 Power Coordination Studies, Technical Assistance Requirements, and Sequence of Operations Working Group for the Long Range Discrimination Radar (LRDR) Campus at Clear AFS. Other than Full and Open Competition is authorized pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(3), FAR 6.302-3 Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services; 6.302-3(b)(2)(ii) Establish or maintain an essential capability for engineering or developmental work calling for the practical application of investigative findings & theories of a scientific or technical nature.
