IDIQ Construction Contract: During the contract period Anniston Army Depot will identify tasks required to complete each specific job and will issue task orders to the contractor to complete those jobs. Work shall vary in size and complexity and will include tasks in a variety of trades to include, but not limited to carpentry, excavating, interior and exterior electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, concrete masonry, equipment, and design when necessary. Period of performance - one year from date of award (or $15,000,000 whichever comes first) with 4 option periods of 1 year or $15,000,000 per option period .
