To provide all labor, material, parts and equipment to renovate the restroom and locker room in Building 123. The project includes work around known asbestos containing materials (ACM) All work to be completed per SOW # 20PW005 and corresponding drawings associated. Wage Determination General Decision Number: NY2 latest revision applies and will be incorporated at time of award. Magnitude of this Project between $100,000 and $250,000. Contracting Officer Representative is Bruno Batko 100% Payment and Performance Bonds are required. *** DUE TO COVID-19, IN-PERSON SITE VISITS WILL NOT BE GRANTED.
