70--SABA CENTRA LICENSE

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Center Eustis, Fort Eustis, VA intends to issue a contract solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with SABA Software, Inc, 2400 Bridge Parkway 12, Redwood City, California 94065 to purchase an upgrade to SABA Centra Client Licenses from an existing license base (1,120 concurrent users) to an enterprise licensing agreement (unlimited up to 2,000,000 total users. This upgrade will also include unlimited server perpetual licenses and enterprise licensing agreement (unlimited up to 2,000,000 total users) for the SABA offliine player. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334611 and the size standard is 500 employees.
