99--TRADOC DISPLAY

Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Eustis Intends to solicit and award a requirements contract for non-personal service for audiovisual production/ graphics/exhibit support to HQ, DA, HQ, TRADOC service schools, and DOD. The contractor shall provide technical support to support Army participation and successful integration in venues/forums which shall provide an opportunity to leverage the contribution of industry, academia, Department of Defense (DOD), and government agencies. The contractor shall provide secure climate controlled storage for the entire TRADOC display to include the shipment, set-up, tear down, fabrication, management, and return to storage of the display as required by HQ TRADOC in support of conferences, meetings, symposiums, and exhibits. The contractor shall provide display fabrication support; continuity of design, consistency of message and some video production. The objective is to coordinate the Armys message and ensure supporting themes and messages are consistent with goals/objectives of the Army, Chief of Staff and the Chairman Joint Chief of Staff. The contractor shall be required to work at their own facility/Fort Eustis, VA/Fort Monroe, VA, and provide computer equipment and software to perform the tasks outlined on the task order. The anticipated period of performance is for a base and four (4) option years.
