V--Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Training - Lodging and Incidental Services

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command has a requirement for lodging and incidental services in support of the 99th RSC 90 Day Post-deployment Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Training in New Brunswick, NJ to be held on 04-07 February 2010. The contractor shall provide lodging, buffets, audio visual equipment, breakout rooms, and light refreshments. This is not a requirement for event planning services. Award will not be made to an offeror, which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel. The proposed acquisition is intended to be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. This acquisition is unrestricted under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 721110, with a Small Business size standard of $7,000,000.00.
