ACA Northern Region, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide catered meals seven days per week to military components while receiving training at Yakima Training Center (YTC), Yakima, Was hington. Catered meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, warming/cooling beverages, and mermited meals. The meals shall meet the standards from the Army Food Management Information System (AFMIS) Master Menu and shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes, recommendations, and acceptable commercial practices in the delivery of required services. A complete performance work statement will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm fixed price requirements contract. The anticipated period of performance is 20 November 2007 through 29 February 2008 for a base period plus four one-year option periods. This procurement is set aside for small business con cerns. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-08-R-0001. The applicable NAICS code is 722310 and the small business size standard is $ 19.0m.
