a. The purpose of this amendment is to replace the Wide Area Workflow instructions with the new DFARS clause 252.232-7006, and all references regarding Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) www.ccr.gov, and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://www.acquisition.gov, to the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. b. The Wide Area Workflow instructions are replaced by the new DFARS clause 252.232-7006. c. CCR & ORCA Transition to SAM: The Government transitioned the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR) www.ccr.gov, and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) https://www.acquisition.gov, to the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. Offerors still need to ensure their company is registered, and complete the annual representations and certifications through the SAM website. FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions might not have been updated as of the release of this amendment. All references to CCR or ORCA throughout this solicitation, to include clauses and provisions, shall now refer to SAM. d. Changes are marked by highlight and a border on right side (hash mark).
