Description
THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice ONLY. The U.S. Government desires to procure certified instructors and materials needed to instruct and certify firefighters on the following International Fire Services Accreditation Congress (IFSAC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) accredited courses: 40-hr Fire Inspector Course, 40-hr Fire Instructor I, 40-hr Fire Office I, 40-hr Fire Department ISO, 40-hr Pumper Apparatus Driver/Operator, 16-hr Mobile Water Supply Apparatus Driver/Operator, 24-hr ARFF Apparatus Driver/Operator. This training must be conducted at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items for services necessary for to manage and perform Firefighter Training services at Fort McCoy, WI. The period of performance for this requirement is 7 April 2026 - 11 May 2026.

The purpose of this amendment is to revise PWS section 4.3.9 Advanced Construction Mechanic Instructor from "Instructor shall have a minimum of 10 years of construction electrician experience," to "Instructor shall have a minimum of 10 years of construction mechanic experience." The intended source is Cutwater Maritime Educational Services Inc. Solicitation number N3220527R6005 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a comprehensive program to train Unlicensed Engine Mariners to Licensed 3rd Assistant Engineers / Standards of Training, Certification, and Watchkeeping (STCW) Officers-in-Charge of an Engineering Watch (OIEW) of Motor vessels 750KW-1000 HP or More.
