Interior and Exterior Painting at various locations at the United States Military Academy, West Point NY

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point (MICC-WP) intends to issue a solicitation on or about 15 February 2018 for the Interior and Exterior Painting Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Performance will be at the United States Military Academy, West Point NY. Specific locations will be identified on each individual task order placed. There are no drawings that will be accompanying the solicitation and no site visit scheduled. This is a competitive set-aside for 8a companies. The Government intends to award one contract from this solicitation. The individual task orders may require the contractor to perform at multiple locations simultaneously. This will be base plus four option years. The five year magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
