D--Visual Information and Multimedia Support Services

Headquarters, US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit proposals on behalf of the Chief, information Officer-G6, Visual Information and Multimedia Support Services Division to provide visual information and multmedia services for conducting dominat intelligence, security, information operations for military commanders, and national decision makers. This (RFP) solicitation will be made under the 8(a) Business Development Program (FAR 19.800). The anticiated period of performance will be a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods. A Single Award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated, per FAR Part 16.504 criteria. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The NAICS code is 541512, Small Business Size Standard of $23 Million. It is anticipated that (RFP) solicitation number W911W4-08-R-0008 will be issued on or about 19 May 2008. The exact closing date and time of the (RFP) solicitation will be identified in the (RFP) solicitation package. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to review the webpage frequently for any updates/amendments and in case the (RFP) solicitation is issued prior to 19 May 2008. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and be 8(a) program participants. Online Certifications and Representations at (ORCA), http://orca.bpn.gov, will also be required. Failure to comply with ORCA registration may make a vendor offeror ineligible for award.
