FBO lists the solicitation as a quote mark Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, quote mark however, the solicitation itself states it as an quote mark Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business Set Aside. quote mark Please clarify which type of small business set aside this effort is being competed Answer #1: Please see changes posted to solicitation on 22 July 2015, the set -aside was revised from Service Disabled to Economically Disadvantage Woman Owned Small Business Concern1. Question #2: Can you tell me what all this project entails in order to submit a price? Do we just present a quote to you on our letterhead or what exactly do you want submitted Can you give us any idea as to the minimum tonnage per Task Order, regardless of size? Answer #2: Go back and read the Solicitation completely. Click on Original Synopsis, scroll down the screen, see Additional Information; there is a Bid Schedule, PWS, QASP, and PRS Question #3: Is the due date August 20 or August 21? We see both dates listed. Is submittal by email acceptable or must a CD or DVD be mailed by US Post Office or similar service?
