COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND DRAFT SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/ draft solicitation (W91249-15-R-0008) for commercial services. The Government is seeking comments from industry regarding this solicitation. All comments are due by 21 May 2015, 11:00 am EDT. Questions will not be accepted for this requirement at this time. Proposals will not be accepted as a result of this synopsis or posting of a draft solicitation. This draft solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business, under NAICS code 541512, Size standard $27.5 MIL. The requirements in this draft solicitation, Cyber Battle Lab, as specified in solicitation W91249-15-R-0008 shall comply with all clauses throughout this solicitation and can be viewed by accessing website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil. When proposals are due they shall be submitted in accordance with instructions in the solicitation.
