Casualty Administrative Services Support - Sole Source Action

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, Kentucky intends to award a contract, on a sole source basis due to receipt of a GAO protest and time is necessary to resolve. Therefore, a sole source award will be made to National Sourcing, Inc, Tampa, FL for Casualty Administrative Services Support to support the U.S. Army Human Resources Command with a period of performance of 16 August 2022 - 15 November 2022 with three one-month option periods and will contain Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Clause 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS AND A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
